In January, 2012 we are particularly looking for 50M plus buyers of nationwide bulk REO packages that can be in all states or multiple states or neighboring states or regional states.  These bulk REO sales are in the 30% to 50% range of current fair market value.

In January, 2012 we are also particularly looking for buyers of non-performing notes nationwide that can be in all states or multiple states or neighboring states or regional states.  These non-performing notes are for houses in the $50,000 to $75,000 price range and are selling for 10 - 50% of current BPO.  These non-performing notes are in 100 plus house packages.
